Sorella - meaning “sister” - is a softer, lighter, fresh take on Tuscan dining. Tanya reimagined the space to feel brighter, more lively, and vibrant, while still staying true to our roots.
The Inspiration
Inspired by the coastal charm of Capri and the Amalfi Coast, the bar and dining room now carry a relaxed elegance that feels warm, welcoming, and unmistakably Italian. Tanya has helped shape numerous Tuscan Brands locations over the years, always keeping us on brand while elevating each space in a way that feels new and exciting.
