Our Story
Founded by serial food entrepreneur, Joe Faro, Tuscan Brands is the culmination of two generations of Italian food artisans. Starting out at his parent’s corner bakery as a child, it was at the University of New Hampshire where Joe’s ambition and original food enterprise was born.

Tuscan Brands is proud to introduce Sorella Cucina Toscana as the 10th dining concept within our portfolio.
Beyond hospitality, Tuscan Brands also includes The Artisan Hotel, a 270-acre mixed-use development in Salem, NH, and residential communities - bringing together dining, hospitality, retail, and living under one unified vision.
